Terms of Use (Vento Strategy)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ventostrategy.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Purpose of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow visitors to submit an application/qualification form to be considered for our services (the “Vento System”).
The Site does not sell products directly and does not process payments.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to submit information on behalf of a business, if applicable.
3) Use of the Site
You agree not to:
-Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
-Interfere with or disrupt the Site (including attempting to access systems or data without authorization)
-Upload or submit malicious code or harmful content
-Use automated means (bots/scrapers) to access the Site without our permission
-Misrepresent your identity, business, or intent when applying
We may suspend or block access if we believe your use violates these Terms or creates security or legal risk.
4) Application and Qualification
Submitting an application does not create a client relationship and does not guarantee acceptance.
We may accept or decline applications at our discretion, including when we determine there is no fit, we lack capacity, or the applicant’s goals or constraints do not align with our process.
5) No Guarantees or Professional Advice
The Site and any content provided on it are offered “as is” for general informational purposes.
-We do not guarantee financial results, revenue outcomes, or specific performance improvements.
-Any examples, scenarios, or projections are illustrative and may not reflect what you will achieve.
-You are responsible for your business decisions and execution.
If you need legal, tax, or other regulated professional advice, you should consult a qualified professional.
6) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
-We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
-We will not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption related to the Site.
-Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us for Site access, which is zero (0), since the Site is provided at no charge.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitation will apply to the greatest extent permitted.
7) Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may reference or link to third-party services (e.g., analytics tools, form providers, social platforms, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.

All content on the Site—including text, design, logos, visuals, frameworks, and the Vento System methodology—is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the Site for personal or internal business evaluation purposes only. You may not:

-Use our trademarks, branding, or methodology in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement
-Share or resell any part of the Site content without written permission
9) Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal data, the Privacy Policy controls.
10) Changes to the Site and Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Site (in whole or in part) at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised “Effective date.” By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
11) Termination

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law).
12) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Brazil, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
